Indoors with changing heat load often send cold air, isothermal air or hot air as needed. The swirl air vents of the VDL series can achieve the best air supply effect by adjusting the air supply angle when cooling or heating.
Swirl tuyere can be divided into manual swirl tuyere and electric swirl tuyere.
Manual Swirl Vent: You must manually adjust the corresponding angle to supply air.
Electric actuator type: The electric swirl air outlet can be controlled by a switch, and the 220V electric control adjusts the blade to adjust the air volume, and it can be adjusted to the air supply angle. .
Temperature control type (temperature-sensing type): The temperature-sensing swirl nozzle is equipped with a temperature-sensing actuator on the neck, which can automatically detect the temperature of the airflow and automatically drive the inner blades to change the air supply angle. When the summer air supply temperature is ≤17 ℃, the blades can be automatically adjusted to the cooling mode, and the airflow is horizontally blown out; when the winter air supply temperature is ≥27 ℃, the blades can be automatically adjusted to the heating mode, and the airflow is blown out vertically. It can meet the air supply requirements under different working conditions in winter and summer. Temperature-sensing actuators do not require labor or power and electrical control equipment, and have the advantages of energy saving, environmental protection, stable performance, easy installation, and maintenance-free.
During the work, the air is rotated in a spiral shape to send out the air in a spiral shape, resulting in a relatively high induction ratio, so that the air supply is quickly mixed with the surrounding indoor air. Different from the traditional diffuser, the air outlet grooves are arranged in a radial direction. The air supply in the air duct is guided by the air outlet air grooves to form a jet along the tangential direction (see Figure 1). Under the action of the wind, a vortex like a typhoon is generated. The central area of the vortex forms a negative pressure zone, which induces the surrounding indoor air to rapidly mix with the supply air, and the entire supply air flow is in a stable horizontal diffusion flow state. Its induction ratio is 10 to 20 times that of conventional diffusers

The most common form is a one-time stamped air deflector like a fan blade. In addition, there are many forms of structure (see Figure 2), such as a panel formed by one-time stamping; a slot is added to the panel and a deflector is added; the throat, the deflector and the diffuser ring are integrated.
